eBook: The Beginner's Guide

Publishing your very own eBook can be a life-changing experience for you. You will have an increase of income or it can be the start for your dream to become a published writer.
So many aspiring writers recognize this but are more confused on how to start and how to find time for writing. This article will provide you with five simple steps on how to start your writing career.
These five simple and doable steps will help you come up with an idea and get your first book done.
Five Steps in writing your First eBook:
1.) Come up with an idea. Find a hot topic or niche to write about. Always consider your market. Do some research and find out if there is a market for your topic.
2.) Be Unique. Do not follow the saturated topics that have been written just because people think there is a market there. People get tired of reading the same thing over and over again. Write about something you know; something that really interests you.
3.) Research. If you do not have a specific topic to write about then you can scan magazines and search for hot topics. When you have a topic, study it. Jot down notes and take note of the significant information you will need for your book.
4.) Be certain about your facts. Double check the facts that you have gathered. Be very careful with your facts. Your facts will build the credibility of your book.
5.) Write your draft. Write your draft. Write everything you know and have read about. Your draft should contain all the important details of your topic.
These are the first few steps in writing your eBook. After you have written your draft, let it rest for a while. Go out. Do something fun and forget about what you wrote.
After doing so, go back to your book and re-read it again. This time you will be more likely to see any errors in your book. You will see what needs to be improved and what needs to be changed. Since you are the one who wrote it, there is a great possibility that you overlooked something. Also ask somebody else to read it again.
The last thing to remember is when you have already done all the editing and have published it online, you have to market it. An eBook without a market is dead. You may have written a good book but people would not notice it if it will not be promoted.
Be creative in your promotions. Think of strategies that will provide traffic to your book. Lastly, think big and aim high. Believe in what you wrote and be positive that your book will be top of the market.
