LARGEST RC PLANE DUBAI (55% YAK)

Today on the 23rd August 2011 6am, Dubai skies were witness to the largest RC airplane in the middle east. Today was the test flight of this 55% YAK. This ARF comes from PILOT RC, and was built by UAE's most seasoned aeromodeller Mr. Buti Swaidan.

Mr. Buti Swaidan test flew this first of its kind and size bird in the region. The airplane has a ZDZ 400CC engine, it had full redundancy systems, MKS servos, and Mr. Buti masterfully did many modifications to the airplane, and its engine.

The entire RC community of UAE is extremely proud of this endeavor. This is our little tribute to the RC communities around the world. With limited sources and self taught skill we have come this far. It was a truly proud moment for all of us in the UAE.

Bernoulli's principle states that for an inviscid flow, an increase in the speed of the fluid occurs simultaneously with a decrease in pressure or a decrease in the fluid's potential energy.[1][2] Bernoulli's principle is named after the Dutch-Swiss mathematician Daniel Bernoulli who published his principle in his book Hydrodynamica in 1738.
Bernoulli's principle can be applied to various types of fluid flow, resulting in what is loosely denoted as Bernoulli's equation. In fact, there are different forms of the Bernoulli equation for different types of flow. The simple form of Bernoulli's principle is valid for incompressible flows (e.g. most liquid flows) and also for compressible flows (e.g. gases) moving at low Mach numbers. More advanced forms may in some cases be applied to compressible flows at higher Mach numbers (see the derivations of the Bernoulli equation).
Bernoulli's principle can be derived from the principle of conservation of energy. This states that in a steady flow the sum of all forms of mechanical energy in a fluid along a streamline is the same at all points on that streamline. This requires that the sum of kinetic energy and potential energy remain constant. If the fluid is flowing out of a reservoir the sum of all forms of energy is the same on all streamlines because in a reservoir the energy per unit mass (the sum of pressure and gravitational potential ρ g h) is the same everywhere.
Fluid particles are subject only to pressure and their own weight. If a fluid is flowing horizontally and along a section of a streamline, where the speed increases it can only be because the fluid on that section has moved from a region of higher pressure to a region of lower pressure; and if its speed decreases, it can only be because it has moved from a region of lower pressure to a region of higher pressure. Consequently, within a fluid flowing horizontally, the highest speed occurs where the pressure is lowest, and the lowest speed occurs where the pressure is highest.

"Real Russia" ep.32: First and Biggest McDonalds in Russia at Pushkin's

It's interesting but first McDonalds in Russia was opened one year before USSR collapsed but still in Soviet era. It was opened not far from the Square named for one of the most famous and greatest Russian writers and poets, Alexander Pushkin. When it was opened, it was the biggest McDonalds in the World! and still the biggest in Europe and Russia.

In 15th episode of "Real Russia" we have visited a local McDonalds in our hometown Ufa, Russia and in the end presented an exclusive video filmed in 1990 years about many miles line in queque to the first McDonalds at Pushkin's Square in Russia.

When in the beginning of this month we was travelling to Moscow for an interview to RT channel, we had a little less than 200 usd in our pockets and for the reason of very limited budget ate mostly in McDonalds. Because just where yet you can get 800kcal for $5?

So and once we ate mostly in McDonalds we never missed the chance to visit that definitely legendary McD restraunt. :)

Sorry for a little shaky camera work inside of restraunt, but Sergey Pichugin held the camera the way it looked like we do not film but just walk in a photocamera in hands. We was afraid that Security will not let us to film again, same as it was in 15th episode.

I know it's been a while since Cat Island Part 1 came out, and you're all so patiently waiting for Part 2 (soon, I promise!!), so I thought I'd put together a TofuguTV quicky in the meantime... also happens to be about the favorite food of cats...

At ざうお (Zauo), a super-fun restaurant, you catch your own fish (and then tell them how you want it prepared). You're surrounded by aquariums (and possibly sitting on a giant indoor boat) and they give you some bait and fishing poles. From there, you bait the hook and go fishing. The fish are totally dumb and love being caught, which makes it awesome.

This place is a bit gimmicky, sure, but it's also one of the funnest restaurants I've been to. Totally worth checking out, I think!
